The Lenoir County Vietnam Memorial is located in Neuseway Veteran's Park at the corner of Gordon and Mitchell Streets, Kinston, North Carolina. It dedicated to the twenty-three Lenoir County natives who lost their lives defending America's values during the Vietnam War. Other Salute! A Tribute to America's Veterans projects are the 911 Emergency Services Memorial, also located in Neuseway Park and the service veterans Walk of Honor which is located the Tiffany West on Herittage Street near the CSS Neuse.

The flagpoles for the Memorial were donated by Baker Fence Company in honor of Cleveland Baker, a veteran of World War Two.
