Technical Sergeant Ralph Roosevelt Heath entered the Air Force from Kinston, North Carolina. He was a member of a B-29A, tail number 44-69802. While of a combat mission, the aircraft's wings iced up causing it to stall and crash. 21 miles south of Kangnung, South Korean. He died on injury on September 13, 1952.
